Orlando, Fla. will be popping this December. 

The Sunshine State city where dreams come true is hosting the 2024 Pop Warner National Championships in Dance and Cheer as well as football. While the football competition begins on Dec. 7, the Cheer and Dance competition starts on Monday, Dec. 9.

The Pop Warner National Cheer & Dance Championships will feature more than 550 teams competing in a four-day event from Dec. 9-12 in the Orange County Convention Center. 

The age divisions include:

• Tiny Mite
• Mitey Mite
• Junior Peewee
• Peewee
• Junior Varsity
• Varsity
• Bantam

Show Cheer and Sideline Performance Cheer teams will compete in size categories: small teams (5-10 cheerleaders), medium teams (11-20 cheerleaders), and large teams (21-35 cheerleaders).

Cheer and dance teams also compete in nine YCADA divisions: Show Cheer Levels 1-4, Core Cheer, Sideline Performance Cheer, Pom Performance, Theme Dance, and Hip Hop.
