The 2025 edition of The Dance Worlds is headed to Orlando, Florida, and it will be familiar territory for the event and many of the competitors.

The event will make a return visit to the Coronado Springs Resort & Convention Center (part of the Walt Disney World Resort) from April 25-28, and all of the action will be broadcast live on FloCheer!

The Dance World Championship is where individuals and teams perform their most challenging routines and put forth every ounce of effort and passion possible in their quests to come away with a title in one of a variety of categories.

Dancers looking to claim championships in contemporary/lyrical, high kick, hip hop, jazz, pom and junior dance again will converge on 

The inaugural edition of The Dance Worlds took place in 2007 with 50 teams, and the annual competition now features more than 400 teams – over 3,500 dancers from 25 countries – and one of the biggest things the competitors look forward to is seeing how they measure up against teams from across the globe.

The Coronado Springs Resort & Convention Center at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, is a regular host of top-tier cheer and dance competitions, including The Dance Worlds.

The Convention Center at the Coronado Springs Resort features more than 220,000 square feet of meeting space, which includes two ballrooms, an exhibit area and 45 breakout rooms. The venue can fit more than 6,500 guests.

The facility also makes lodging, dining and entertainment a breeze.
