The College STUNT National Championship boasts more than a decade of history and tradition, and five divisions of standout collegiate teams will look to add to that at the 2025 edition of the event in Nashville, Tennessee.

The nation’s top STUNT squads will converge on a pair of Nashville-area universities – Lipscomb and Trevecca Nazarene – to compete for national titles from April 24-27. 

The College STUNT National Championship – Trevecca will see action on April 24-25, while the College STUNT National Championship – Lipscomb will have games across all four days.

STUNT competition, a product of USA Cheer that is female-only, is the perfect combination of athleticism, creativity, skill and teamwork. It is entertaining and even breathtaking at times. It’s more about technical and athletic skills, rather than cheerleading. 

The five divisions at the College STUNT National Championship are – Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA and Club – with those squads being seeded into a double-elimination bracket format. 

Division I features four teams, Division II has 11, Division III includes five, NAIA features three teams and there are six teams headed to Tennessee to compete for the Club title.

The matched teams compete head-to-head in four quarters of action – partner stunts, pyramids/tosses, jumps/tumbling and team routine. The team that executes the best wins the quarter and the point. 

The 2024 champions were: California Baptist University (Division I), Oklahoma Baptist University (Division II), Alma College (Division III), Jessup University (NAIA) and Oklahoma State (Club).

California Baptist, Oklahoma Baptist, Oklahoma State and Alma all will be back to defend their titles in 2025.

The STUNT schedule runs from the beginning of February through April.

The 2024 STUNT National Championship was held across three locations – Lexington, Kentucky; Fullerton, California; and Creve Coeur, Missouri.
