It's hard to believe but the 2016 Cheerleading and Dance Worlds starts April 23! In less than 24-48 hours you’ll be in Orlando, Florida at the most prestigious cheer and dance competition in the world. If you’re like most of us life moves too fast and you’re just now packing for the big event. The night before you’re still doing laundry, making last minute trips to Target and five minutes before you leave you’re still stuffing that suitcase to the brim.  Possibly you’re even sitting on it forcing it to zip! It’s overwhelming and you don’t want to forget ANYthing. We’ve talked to coaches, choreographers and competitors and compiled a list of the obvious and not so obvious necessities!

• Your official WORLDS backpack so everyone knows you’ve been there before!
  
• Fanny pack…yes - we said fanny pack. It’s acceptable at Disney!
  
• Comfy shoes for Disney
  
• Sunglasses - so the paparazzi don’t know you’re famous!
  
• A good book or magazine for the plane
  
• Gum to chew on the plane to pop those ears!
  
• Thermos for cold water or coffee
  
• Chapstick
  
• Travel candle
  
• Lucky charm
  
• Protein bars or powder
  
• A neck pillow for the plane or bus
  
• Ibuprofen / Advil
  
• Bandaids for blisters from walking so much
  
• Bathing suit for pool parties at the All Star Resort
