Nationals may seem light-years away for American all star teams, but halfway across the world Australia is hosting its national championship on the beautiful Gold Coast on Friday and Saturday.


It's summer right now for the Aussies, and that means their all star cheerleading and dance season is coming to an end as the U.S. is just starting to heat up. These teams have prepared all season long to hit the stage at the Australian All Star Cheerleader Federation Nationals (AASCF) at the iconic Gold Coast Convention Center, and by the looks of their performances they are more than ready.


All star cheer and dance in Australia has really gained momentum over the years and continues to pick up steam. This weekend, over 7,500 athletes will be competing in three different performances venues to claim their national titles. That's a pretty big deal!
