Today is the last double digit day of the countdown and every practice and performance counts. Teams are preparing for the biggest competition of the year and to enjoy some of the Florida Sunshine.

Whether it's conditioning outside or letting in a breeze while hitting the mat in the gym, teams are putting in their final preparation. Check out what some of the teams are up to!
