Crimson Heat: Full In And Full Out For Worlds!
England's Crimson Heat Tigers had a huge year in 2017. They became the first British team to win a Summit Championship title! What's next for the program? You can count on seeing them again in Orlando, Florida. This time, they'll be taking the mat at both The Summit and at The Cheerleading Worlds for the first time ever!

The program's new senior level 5 all girl team earned their bid in June at JAMfest Europe. This was one of the first bids given out this season. After checking off their first goal of the season, they are ready to put in the work and step up to the challenge of competing against the best teams in the world.

Now that they will compete at Worlds, Crimson Heat has taken their choreography up to the next level. With a mixture of intense training and conditioning, the team has set the bar high and is constantly working to perfect their skills and then increase the difficulty!

"At Crimson Heat we dedicate a full day to learn choreography; this is usually followed by another weekend training where we learn dance and clean routines," coach Gareth Green said.

Head coach Megan Dancer works hard with the team to drill and clean until every element is perfect. She will use the same training techniques that she used with the level 1 Summit Champions last year. Dancer's warmup approach has helped her athletes learn how to visualize and relax before they take the mat.

Senior 5 will be drilled and cleaned to perfection in to aim to put out sharp and well executed routines. Their competition season officially begins in December and goes through July.

"Over this season we are looking to gain our second bid to worlds in 2019, as well as hitting well-executed, clean routines throughout all our competitions, including worlds," Green said.

The entire Crimson Heat program's motto is FIFO, which stands for "Full In Full Out." This means the work and effort you put in is what you will also get out. For example, the more you condition the easier skills will become. With these big training goals, you can expect to see huge things from Crimson Heat Senior 5 as they make their first appearance at The Cheerleading Worlds 2018!
