What’s with the chickens, Stingray Steel?
Say hello to Bessie (pictured above). We all remember the now-famous steel chickens "flying" around on stage during the awards ceremony of the most important competition ever: The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds! So what’s the word, bird? Check 'em out in the tweet below.

Turns out, the birds were a gift for a couple of the girls on the team, and were such a hit that the flock became a sort of a pseudo-mascot for the team. There are three chickens total, and they even have their own Twitter account: @SteelChickens.
