The time of year we’ve all been waiting for is almost here! The Cheerleading Worlds 2022 is the most anticipated competition of the season and although you’ve been following your favorite teams throughout the year, anything can happen on The Cheerleading Worlds mat!

FloCheer is going to break down every division at The Cheerleading Worlds so that you will know what to expect in Orlando, Florida.

L6 Senior Medium Coed


Division History 

L6 Senior Medium Coed is continuously a super-competitive division. The division demands perfection and it's always a toss-up when it comes to which of the talented teams in Finals will make it onto the podium. The best part of this stacked division is that The Cheerleading Worlds is the only time all of the top teams get to compete against each other. 

The Cheerleading Worlds 2021 Results


GOLD: Woodlands Elite - OR - Black Ops

Final Score: 144.5

The Woodlands Elite Black Ops left it all on the mat in finals and delivered the routine of a lifetime making them your 2021 L6 Senior Medium Coed World Champions. This was Black Ops' first-ever World Championship title and we can't wait to see what they will bring to the World's mat this year!

SILVER: The California All Stars - Livermore - Black Ops

Final Score: 143.85

The California All Stars Livermore Black Ops secured a spot on the podium for the fourth year in a row earning second place and the silver medallions! Black Ops took the L6 Senior Medium Coed World Championship title three years in a row from 2017 to 2019 so we can always expect great things from this team when they arrive in Orlando.

BRONZE: Cheer Extreme - Raleigh - SMOEX

Final Score: 143.3

SMOEX from Cheer Extreme Raleigh was incredible last season in the L6 Senior Medium Coed division. SMOEX was tied with Woodlands Elite Black Ops after both teams crushed their routines in Semi-Finals and after seeing their performance in Finals there was no doubt they were rounding out the top three.

2021 - 2022 Season Recap


Here’s a look back at some of the winners from the Level 6 Senior Medium Coed division from this season's major events! Will these teams medal at The Cheerleading Worlds 2022? We can’t wait to watch these incredible teams take the Worlds floor!

The MAJORS 

Woodlands Elite - Black Ops

The Black Ops from Woodlands are on a roll this season after their big win at The Cheerleading Worlds 2021. They picked up right where they left off and took another title back to Oak Ridge, Texas, after securing the top spot in the L6 Senior Medium Coed division with a final score of 93.2331 at The MAJORS 2022.

Prodigy All Stars Midnight scored a 93.03331 putting them in second followed by The California All Stars Black Ops who scored a 90.18331. 

CHEERSPORT National All Star Cheerleading Championship

Spirit Of Texas - Royalty 

Royalty dominated the L6 Senior Medium Coed division at the 2022 CHEERSPORT National All Star Cheerleading Championship! Fans went wild for Royalty's back-to-back zero deduction routines and this season they have been showing us what they are all about. Royalty has been pushing the boundaries in their elite skills and tumbling we can't wait to see what they will bring to the mat in Orlando. 

Coming in second was Prodigy All Stars Midnight followed by Woodlands Elite Black Ops in third.

NCA All-Star National Championship

Woodlands Elite - OR - Black Ops

Similar to Generals in the L6 Senior Medium division, Woodlands Elite was ranked second after Day 1 but when it was showtime on Day 2 they set the bar high and left it all out on the floor hitting their second zero deduction routine of the weekend and scoring a 97.5333 to secure the NCA All-Star National Championship title.

 Spirit of Texas Royalty took second with a 96.8667 followed by Prodigy All Stars MIDNIGHT in third with a final score of 95.25. 


Semi-Finals for the Level 6 Senior Medium Coed division will take place on April 23rd followed by Finals on Sunday, April 24th. Who will take home the Level 6 Senior Medium Coed title in 2022? Be sure to watch these teams take the floor LIVE only on FloCheer!
