The 2022-2023 all star season is just around the corner and we can't wait to see everyone back on the competition mat this fall! If you haven't heard the news yet, something big is coming to All Star.

NEO All Stars is a well-known D2 gym in North Canton, Ohio! This season they have six teams, four Elite and two Prep. Gym owner, Brooke Richards has a lot to look forward to this season as her second year owning the gym. 

Surprise! Quest Athletics Generals are going to NCA All Star Nationals for the first time! The Junior Level 2 team coaches David Kogut, Jessica Walden and Helene Casey were keeping a big secret from the hard working team.

When it comes to the cheerleading community, we need D2 gyms! Quest Athletics from Pine Bush, New York is the perfect example of a D2 gym that not only represents their program positively on the mat, but off the mat as well.

It’s that time of year that competitive cheerleaders from all star teams and school teams are preparing their routines to take the mat for their first competition of the season. This can be a scary thought, especially if you've never competed before. But just know that you aren’t alone when it comes to feeling nervous before you first compete! 

It takes a lot of courage and commitment to open up a gym of your own, especially in a small town you aren’t completely familiar with yet. But for someone who has a strong passion for the sport, it was in her blood to do just that!

The inaugural USASF National Meeting is just days away, and we promise you don’t want to miss out on this exciting event.

We're on cloud nine after an incredible three days of The Cheerleading Worlds and Dance Worlds, but we still can't get enough. This week is jam-packed with championship events. We're not missing a moment, and you don't have to either!

Cheer Athletics Charlotte is coming back in the 2017-18 season looking ​BIGGER and ​BETTER than ever. After finishing the season with a Summit Championship, they knew that these athletes had what it takes to form a ​NEW Worlds team! Yes that's right… a new team will be joining the Royal Cats and King Cats at The Cheerleading Worlds in 2018! 

Stay alert, cheer fans! USASF has made updates to the Age Grid for the 2017-2018 season, and released an official announcement on Friday, May 13th. Stay up-to-date post season and make sure you're following the newest guidelines as you make your evaluations for the upcoming season.

The Stars Vipers cleaned up last year at NCA All-Star Nationals when five of their teams left with black jackets and national titles. When it returns to Dallas to compete on Friday, Feb. 24, to Saturday, Feb. 27, the national powerhouse will only have one thing on its mind -- repeating as champions.
