It's Daytona time! The 2024 NCA & NDA College Nationals is just a few days away and teams are finally starting to release their new routines. Texas Tech University, who finished 3rd in Advanced Large Coed Division IA in 2023, just debuted their routine and the Red Raiders are looking strong!

Since the streaming-sensation of CHEER on Netflix swept the nation, sports fans have a newfound interest in the world of college cheerleading. For those new to the high-flying sport, there are a few intricacies that can be confusing to viewers.

One of the most accomplished cheer coaches ever announced her retirement, Navarro College announced Monica Aldama's retirement on their school's social media page on Nov. 29.

Hundreds of the nation's best college cheerleaders, dancers, and mascots are ready to head to Daytona Beach, Florida to leave it all on stage and prove The Work Is Work It.

When you win in the Arena, time stands still. Not just for the athletes on the mat, the coaches behind the team, or the parents celebrating the win; EVERYONE who's an all star cheer fan takes in that moment.

Happy NCA Week! The all star cheer season is heating up so we're watching closely as teams work to perfect their routines, claim big points to The League, and secure a bid to The Summit Championships and The Cheerleading Worlds 2023.

This season may be a little different but NCA is prepared to bring you the same epic weekend of all star action safely to your home.

The all star cheer season is reaching the halfway point so we're watching closely as the Senior & International Level 5 teams begin to peak in their routines. We were blown away by the incredible performances out on the mat during Day 1 of NCA All-Star Nationals 2019.

Twist & Shout Obsession made the move to the Level 5 Senior XSmall division this season and let me tell you they are thriving!

Cheer Athletics has taken the stage many of times at NCA All-Star and this year marks year 25! Each year the program shows up with amazing teams representing their gym from all six of their locations around the United States. No matter the location, these teams always show up and show out!

The largest national championship of the competitive season is set to take place this weekend in Dallas, TX with well over 1000 teams from all over the country coming to battle it out for a title.
