We're on cloud nine after an incredible three days of The Cheerleading Worlds and Dance Worlds, but we still can't get enough. This week is jam-packed with championship events. We're not missing a moment, and you don't have to either!

Cheer Athletics Charlotte is coming back in the 2017-18 season looking ​BIGGER and ​BETTER than ever. After finishing the season with a Summit Championship, they knew that these athletes had what it takes to form a ​NEW Worlds team! Yes that's right… a new team will be joining the Royal Cats and King Cats at The Cheerleading Worlds in 2018! 

Stay alert, cheer fans! USASF has made updates to the Age Grid for the 2017-2018 season, and released an official announcement on Friday, May 13th. Stay up-to-date post season and make sure you're following the newest guidelines as you make your evaluations for the upcoming season.

The Stars Vipers cleaned up last year at NCA All-Star Nationals when five of their teams left with black jackets and national titles. When it returns to Dallas to compete on Friday, Feb. 24, to Saturday, Feb. 27, the national powerhouse will only have one thing on its mind -- repeating as champions.

There's more to FloCheer than the Cheer & Dance Worlds.

So it's your child's first year doing all star cheerleading. You're reading all the emails, you're asking questions and doing your best to keep up with the influx of information. 

Watch out Jersey Shore…the cheerleaders are coming and they’re about to take over!  This weekend FloCheer is LIVE at not just one, but TWO Spirit Brands Competitions in Wildwood, New Jersey. So unlike the characters from the infamous Jersey Shore show, there’s more to do in Jersey than just gym, tan, laundry.  Add CHEER to that priority list!!!

Just a few more days until Dallas is invaded with cheerleaders. It’s NCA AllStar Nationals and it will take everyone at least a week to recover from the excitement. It is one of the largest cheerleading events in the world and for most teams it is the pinnacle event of their year next to Worlds for the Level 5 teams.  The competition begins on Friday, February 19th. Here are 10 facts about NCA AllStar Nationals.

Glamour, glitz, and outrageous choreography…that’s what California is known for and the CHEERpros California State Cheer & Dance Competition is no different. FloCheer will be live streaming the event on January 23 & 24 from Ontario, California. Spectators can expect to see longstanding programs like Los Alamitos, perform routines that are not only well executed, but an absolute experience from start to finish. Los Alamitos has been dominating the cheer floor for at least 30 years. Their choreography and risk taking skills are just a sample of what all the California cheer and dance teams have to offer the audience. Without a doubt ALL of the California choreography will be show stopping and will leave you wanting even more!

Spirit Nationals, the first Worlds Bid event of the season in the Northeast did not disappoint. Teams came ready to win those paid and at large bids. We saw intricate choreography, highly visual pyramid sequences and high energy routines. For a coach, the week before Spirit Nationals, and specifically a Worlds Bid event, can be a long few days full of mishaps that inevitably they have to deal with and solve.  A good coach has a plan for each practice, but a great coach knows how to adapt that plan due to unforeseen circumstances that will undoubtedly occur.
